Cancellation and Shipping Policies

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted within the first 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, your order will be processed, packaged, and shipped, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

  • A 30% management, processing, and transaction fee will be applied to any cancellations made within the first 24 hours.
  • Full refunds are only applicable for switching orders. If you place a new order, the previous one will be automatically canceled and refunded 100%. Please email us to inform us of the switch.

We would appreciate it if you could share the reason for your cancellation, as your feedback helps us improve our services.


2. How to Change Order Information

If you realize an error in your shipping address or purchase details, please email us as soon as possible.

  • We can only make changes to your order within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Please review the Order Confirmation Email sent immediately after placing your order to verify your details.

3. Tracking Information

Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and peak seasons.

  • Order processing and packaging take approximately 2-5 business days.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

If you do not receive tracking confirmation within 5 business days after completing your payment, please contact us or email us.

Note: Processing delays may occur if payment is incomplete or address information is incorrect.


4. How to Track Your Package

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Update Email with your tracking number.

  • Orders shipped to the USA will be delivered via USPS.
  • Track your order using the provided tracking number on our Tracking Page.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

We strive to deliver your order on time, but international shipping may experience delays due to holidays, customs inspections, or weather conditions.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Purchasing Date + 2-5 Business Days (Processing) + Estimated Shipping Time


6. Shipping Guarantee

We stand by our shipping promises. If your order exceeds the following delivery times, we will refund your shipping cost (or partially refund if shipping was free):

  • USA (Mainland): 40 days
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 40 days
  • UK: 45 days
  • Rest of the World: 60 days

If your package does not arrive within 60 days, we will issue a full refund.

For missing orders, please contact us. Investigations typically take 3-5 business days, and we will resend or refund your order accordingly.


7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Please double-check your information during checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is delivered, we will not issue refunds.
  • If the package is refused, or the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the package will be abandoned, and no refund will be provided.

8. Risk-Free Shipping

In the rare case that your goods do not arrive within 60 days, you will receive a full refund. Please email us, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
